I am new to ASP.NET coming from years of Windows Desktop development in a Delphi environment. Through lots of trial and error, I have managed to build a small data entry application. However, I am stumbed on a features I would like to build into my application.
Weeks of searching on the net have not helped and I am wondering if I am trying to go about it from my desktop development background which is just not applicable to the web application environment.
Here is what I would like to accomplish:
I am displaying a PDF with form fields to the user either via the IFRAME or OBJECT functionality. The user will fill in certain information. This is working now.
I would like to be able to capture the complete PDF including the form data and save it into a SQL database. I would prefer
not having to save the PDF on the client side and upload from there if possible. I found examples ...
