open powerpoint slide in aspx page

 I have a power point slide that I put inot a folder in my code files.  i need to call and open this powerpoint slide in a javascript call.  here is what I ahve so far, but it comes up as The page cannot be found.    What I am doing is clicking on text which pulls up the link.
how can i make this link work to call the powerpoint slide and open it in a browser window.
