Listbox with multiple value selection

Is there any way to show all the multiple selected values on the top. eg. if the list contains 1 to 10 and selected values are 4,8 then saving value to back end.(xml filte string (4,9)) Re binding lsit box.4,9 selected but i want 4,9 on top of the list.So thar no need to scroll the list box. re-binding like this For Each item As ListItem In lstbxGroups.Items item.Selected = groups.Contains(item.Value) Next the listbox should have values like 4,8,1,2,3,5,6,7,9,10 ...
