chrome prefills membership usercontrol with text - this is bad - can I undo?

I have a login control and a createuser control in my website.  When I view it in Chrome, I allow Chrome to save my userid and password when I log in.  But that causes a problem.  When my website page that creates a new user is accessed, I find two of the fields are prefilled - (the userid and password).  But that is wrong - I want a NEW userid and a NEW password to be entered here.
It there any way to clear the fields in a createuser control?
