Cannot access SQL Server with PHP from localhost

i try to connect SQL Server from localhost. But something error with my browser.
The error is like this :
SQL Server Native Client 10.0]SQL Server Network Interfaces: Error getting enabled protocols list from registry .
i don't understand where is protocols list from registry. please help me.. i need it. thanks...
