For each textfile, write content.

I have a simple webpage that I will put content on, but I do not want to enter the code each time I want to add a new "blogpost". 
So what I want is this, in psudo-code here.
For each textfile in folder
    write post with: date, subject/headline and content
Any help is appreciated, thank you.
