I have a developer workset that im trying to finish, but im actually having a hard time getting started. Any suggestions on the route I should take? Any tips at all would be greatly appreciated. I have a feeling im looking WAY too much into it, but I've

Scenario:
A school system is developing a system to manage its people. Phase 1 will implement basic student information and activities. Additional district personnel may be added in the future.
Business Requirements:
The school has 3 types of students: Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctorate. A student has a Name, Phone Number and Address A student must be able to do the following actions, but each action may behave differently depending on the type of student.
