Cannot create ActiveX component

Thanks for viewing my post. I have a project created in Visual Studio 2010. It is basically a word automation project. When clicking a finifh button, all user data goes into a word document. This project works fine while I am debugging; however, once I deploy the project on the server (Server 2008 R2) using IIS 7, I have the following error:
