technically web.optimization bundle has to cash the file for a year so that when a user opens the site, you are not gonna request the same file and the browser serves it directly out of localcash unless u make changes to your web so the page automatically
send the magic string to request the new update for the page. my problem is after changing the css file in the project, the browser is still reading the file out of localcash. is there anyway to make it force update itself??
