how to get value from bit field from a table and show it in a checkbox template in gridview?

I have a table with a bit field and I have a gridview with template checkbox.
I want, when the load the gridview, it depend of value in bit field the user can see enabled or disabled checkbox, cheked or uncheked template checkbox.
I mean, if field in table is 1, in template checkbox in gridview it will be checked and disable, and when the bit field value is 0 then template checkbox will be enable or unchecked.
