I have a masterpage that needs about 15 values from the DB to put the text and information on the page. The same DB Select also has the value that is used to determine the masterpage that is selected in the perInit.
Do I need to move the Class and SELECT from the masterpage bass class to the page bassclass and somehow push the varables from the page class to the masterpage code so the mastpage can have labels populated.
What I wanted was a single select that would choose the configure the masterpage. I need some of the varables from the select to be used on the page. I just have a DB query that I need to populate and select the masterpage.
I am trying to do al lof this in a single query to save to many visited to the DB.
Any feedback would be very useful
