I want to check the fileexists in a folder, if not sleep 10 minutes and check again via loop until file comes thru

abc.txt is teh file it gets loaded to the below folder at 8Am everyday.
\\myservername\foldername\abc.txt
I need to create a loop logic with with sleep, file check if exists , if not then sleep for 10 minutes and again retry . if file is available then make session("FileCame") = 'Y'
Is it possible can someone please provide the loop logic with sleep 10 minute option.
