I'm using MS Visual Web Dev 2010 Express with .Net 4.0. I have an app running on a free web server. I'm using the MS authentication module with the AccessMembershipProvider. I have an uploaded Access database, used the built in register function to add
users and passwords and after which everything works fine for a week or so and then for no reason it loses the hash table(I'm guessing here) and no longer allows log ons('Your login attempt was not successful'). The encrypted passwords, which is all you can
see, are unchanged from the original copy of the DB. I've searched the forums but no one seems to have this problem. I can write my own authentication code but would rather not. Here is my web.config.
