Consider app.config remapping of assembly after NuGen Package Updates

Hi All,
I am new to ASP.NET and starting a new project. However I am encountering some concerning messages when doing a build (see below). I did right click my Project -> Manage NuGen Packages and Update All Packages. After that I started seeing these messages when performing a build. How do I resolve this in Visual Studio? I tried using the Package Manager Console command below but that total screwed my project and actually installed older packages.
