How to filter error messages containing physical path information ?

I am using II7 with ASP.NET from Visual Studio 2010. How can I filter error messages containing physical path information ? If I disable debugging in web.config (do not include <compilation debug="true" targetFramework="4.0">, or include <compilation debug="false">), I will not see error messages, thus there will be no physical path information disclosed ? Thank you.
