how to load an .aspx page into a div of html template

Hi all,
Im loading the HTML template dynamically through http handlers, Now i have to load .aspx page to the div of Html template before displying the HTML page in browser,

we can access only template not that soruce so how can i find the ID of the DIV in Html template and how can i load the .aspx page into that div
