We are having only path of the file without file name in the sql server database.
so we are able to download / save file only whose exten are .jpeg, . DOC, .Xls e t c for those file extention whose default setting in our desktop
but we can not download file for other extension like i.e. (http://www.skcmspvtltd.org/acc/Uploads/Suman.Siliguri592013440/vido.mp4 )
through our asp.net application as we donot have file name in database ( as most of the forum discussed about the file name to download file application.
Can anyone help me as how we will able to download with asp.ner vd or asp.net C# application from the path of the file of the database through any default control of VWD of microsoft .
or any other alternative to play MP4 and 3 GP with the help of this path
