I've made a web-application (ASP.Net, C# and SQL) running in two different networks. The authentication is made with with MembershipProvider. They are configured equally in the web.config. The only thing that differs are the domain, server and connectionstring to match the network.
In network A the call to method PrincipalContext.ValidateCredentials takes only 1 second. But in net B it takes 14 seconds.
I want to reduce the time to 1 second in network B, what can be the problem? What can I do? I don't know much about networks. I've tried to read about MembershipProvider and I don't know how to solve this.
