aspnet peformance with PageSpeed ??= 90%

hello I have a page in aspnet 4.0 with sqlserver 2008r2
the firebug pagespped the maximum score sends me 90% speed
the acceptable value,
as compress in various ways, to conserve bandwidth and therefore more users can connect to my application ...
