I have an MVC 4 application of course it has mulitple configuration files and I am trying to encrypt its connection string using aspnet_regiis. My site is not hosted in IIS, yet I have IIS7 and VS 2012 on my machine.
I m trying this command in aspnet_regiis:
aspnet_regiis.exe -pef “connectionStrings” C:\Projects\DemoApplication
but it failed and show the message "Sections must only appear once per config file"
Please guide and help me.
