I have Menu control problems

I am using asp:Menu NavigationMenu control problems.
1 - The NavigationMenu level 2 menus are shown under the level 2 menu before I clcik the level 1 menu. It supposed that they are only shown when I click the level 1 menu and disappear after clicking other objects.
2 - I am using hyperlink image HL1. This image should appear the directly beside the level 1 menu and in the same designing <tr>. The problem is that it is appearing lower than that, in the same level of the level 2 menus.
