Spearate Customer Addresses by Street Name

Hi,
I have a database that contains many customers. My challenge is when running a print report, each sheet is only allow to have twenty seven records.;and, each sheet should starts with the street name, below the addresses associated with the street. If the sheet still has room for additional records, then, the next street should follow with addresses, until the entire sheet reach its maximun number of records (27 total). The next sheet of the same report should continue and so forth.

If you select group or grupo, it display a gridview but in a particular group order.
Can anyone show me an example?
