How to create a new folder using asp.net?

Hi,
I have a develop a new web site in asp.net named as "test". I want to create a new folder in that website and also to get the path of that folder.
Actually, I want to save the uploaded images into a specific directory so whenever a new category is created a new folder of the same name must be created in that web site.
and all uploaded images must be save into the new created folder.

Thank You.

Regards.
