ASP.NET Identity - IdentityManager.Users - List and Update Custom User properties?

I'm starting with VS2013 RC MVC project and have added custom user properties (following these instructions: http://www.asp.net/mvc/tutorials/mvc-5/create-an-aspnet-mvc-5-app-with-facebook-and-google-oauth2-and-openid-sign-on).
I would like to update the Manage action in the AccountController to allow users to update the properties set at registration.  I cannot find any methods in IdentityManager to Get (or GetAsync) the user record or to update it. Am I missing something or is this not implemented in the RC?
