How to highlight record based on a condition in gridview ?

I have several column in my gridview: Name, Place, Date 1 and Date 2
I want to put a condition something like. if date 1 for the specific record is LESS THAN 3 months from now  then highlight the "date 1" as red of that specific record I want also another condition something like if date 2 for the specific record is LESS THAN today's date from now  then highlight the "date 2" as red of that specific record So as you can see from my condition,  the interesting part is  that I don't want to highlight whole row of that record.
I want to highlight those date 1 and date 2 fields only because there could be times when some records falls under both condition so I can't hightlight one row with 2 colors at the same time. So, to avoid the confusion, I want to highlight or change the  color of that field only.< ...
