I want to get access to the files folder only trough the aspx files

Actually one of the jobs my asp.net system I am developing (TrackingDesk) is to upload files from my local Disk drives (C),(D),(F),... to a network files server
\\mol-its-100\TrackingDeskFilesFolder. The TrackingDeskFilesFolder access policy is full access but only through the TrackingDesk vb.net code.
For example, I have a network username is AliHusain. This user after logining into the network domain, he doesnt have the permission to access to the folder TrackingDeskFilesFolder. However, if he make a successful login to the domain, and then he run the TrackingDesk software by clicking on the aspx shortcut on the disktop and then upload a file from the local desk to the \\mol-its-100\TrackingDeskFilesFolder through the FileUpload server contol, the file is uploaded successfuly.
Is it possible to perform this even the Windows User Name doesnt have the access to the \\mol-its-100\TrackingDeskFilesFolder ?
