Spreadsheet control act like a gridview

I want A spreadsheet control which can act like gridview .. I want to fill it by data from database ... I want to be able to add, delete, copy from it using context menu options with spreedsheet formating functionality .. So any one know control can do and handle that ?? Note : I prefer to use a free control ..not paid.
