i saved date with "date" data type, in Database it shows like below,
07-Sep-13
But when i load this date to a DropDownList it shows,
07-Sep-13 12:00:00 Am
why it shows time also,which is not in my database ???
my code to show DATE is
string movie = Request.QueryString["movie"].ToString();

SqlDataReader dr1 = db.ExRdr("select Distinct Date from Show_Time where mov_Name = '" + movie + "' ");
while (dr1.Read())
{

I want To show only Date,PLS GIVE ANYWAY TO ACHIEVE THAT.
