I can connect LocalDB from SSMS and VB2012. Copied the connection string from VB2012 and tried to connect from my application but failed :(
rror: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
(provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
This is my connection string
Data Source=(localdb)\v11.0;AttachDbFilename=C:\SAMPLE.mdf;Integrated Security=True;
Googling for the whole morning but i cannot seem to find a solution for me.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
