OK, here's what I've got. In an update panel I have several drop down lists. Each list selection is used to populate the next one down. Each list has a first value of -select- with the value set to 0 and each one is set to auto postback so it can populate
the next drop down list.
All this is working perfectly.
I have a range validator on each one to make sure the value is between 1 and 9999 and it works fine on clicking the submit button.
What I'm seeing though is that if a user sets a drop down list back to -select- the range validator for that drop down list briefly flashes as if the submit button was clicked.
Is there anyway to prevent this flashing?
