I am fairly new to web application development (less than a year).  I have been asked to complete a project that is essentially an audits system.  A user would select an area (Business department) and then enter an audit for that area.
Ideally I would like the user to be able to create their own audits.  So for example the business department would be IT and they would have several audits to do for the office, server room etc.  Is it possible using VB.net and a backend SQL database to allow the user to dynamically create a new page for new audit.  So for example 6 months after the application is live they have a new server room so they need to create an audit for it.  I want the user to be able to stipulate what appears on the page ie text boxes, dropdown lists and then save it as a new audit so when they come back they can enter details for that audit.
I am just not sure if it’s possible. I don’t want to know how to do it as such ...
