I have a Visual Studio 2010 Express VB App that connects to a SQL Server 2008 R2 Express database. After over a year of robust performance the transaction log timestamp no longer updates which causes a 9003 error:
Log scan number passed to logscan in database is not valid.
I have connected to the database with SQL Management Studio and am able to execute SQL statements and run database checks with no problem. I can't find any info other than the database is corrupted which it doesn't seem to be.
