I need to create a web application that management different profiles (admin, superuser, user). Each have access to different pages. My user is authenticate by his NT username (so I retreive it with this code:
System.Security.Principal.WindowsPrincipal p = System.Threading.Thread.CurrentPrincipal as System.Security.Principal.WindowsPrincipal;
String username = p.Identity.Name;
)
The user role is define in a database. So when I want to retreive the user role, I will get something like "admin" or "user" from the db. With that string, how can I restrict access to different pages?
