Hello,
My stuation could be basic and someone could've resolved this. I am fairly new to MS SQL. I work for a company that heavily collect data from people via online. There is a database specifically to hand raw data; this particular one I am working on has a table with 8 columns(Filename, Year, Descriptions, Information, .......)
The Information column customers  make comments(pagraphs) and inside comments there email and phone contacts. Is there SQL query that can extract Email Addresses and phone contacts embedded in text comments  of every row cell. I imported data into SQL as NVARCHAR(max) under unicode. Some of the rows are empty and have no such info as needed. I believe there is a way may be I am not were of it.
