Add users for windows authentication

Hi friends,
    I am using windows authentication for the staff site of an organisation.When they want new users to add they should request me to add. I will add the newusers in authorization section in web.config. Instead of this they should  add directly without our help by coding. How to achieve this ?.. Plzz help me dudes.
