I'm facing a very strange problem with local db.
Here is the scenario : i have a MSI installer i created using Visual Studio. This one "install" for me some files and at the end of the procedure, it start with one argument a .exe he install.
This .exe is a .net 4 winforms application. On this .exe i'm not able to test the conneciton to the local db (cf code below). What i don't understand is that if I run my apps (with or without admin right) from a dos prompt with the same argument then it's
working ...
