saving data to db for dynamically created controls

I have created server controls dynamically from xml file by parsing the xml doc..and added all the controls to the panel..and I ahve added a svae button to my panel..I would like to add a save button and on the click event of button I would like to get data from the server contols and save to database..how do i do that
