CODE
DataTable getDT = new DataTable();
getDT = getCount.DataTable; //note: getCount.DataTable is coming from class
foreach (DataRow row in getDT.Rows)

lblCount.ToolTip = row["BRAND_NAME"] + "\n"; <-- if there are 3 records how do list all three records?
}

The ToolTip should read as:
BrandName 1

BrandName 3 and so
