What happens if we use same user name as allow and deny in asp.net web.config file?

<configuration> <system.web> <authorization> <allow Users="ABC"/> <deny Users="ABC"/> </authorization> </system.web> </configuration> Please provide me with the detail description of the above configuration in Web.config.
