after winning many competitions and getting A's in programming subjects + projects, i am motivated enough to develop something new
so i'm kinda thinking that how about a website, an online app, which helps in tracking cell phones,
i.e.
Enter cell number : 03XX-XXXXXXXXX
Cell phone found, wait until we get directions.
Found: House # 17, Newleads town, toronto
so what would eb needed for it and is it even practical or possible to do ?
