parser error line 1-

<div> Parser Error--Line 1:  <%@ Application Codebehind="Global.asax.vb" Inherits="v1.Global_asax" Language="vb" %>  I guess my asax file is looking for something in global  asax file .  to stope this error I am looking into aspx file so i can stop or comment out about connection startup details but cannot file. how about i delete this global and recreate one blank.
