I have 1 app specifically that users have been using to generate MDB files which they can then send to other user who can simply connect to and use in another app. This is very unique(spatial) data which we do not want to load on the enterprise DB
but users want to share with the odd user. Other formats are available as read but not write. Once the user is done they will want to blow it away. Replacement of the entire DB is acceptable.
Not a big SQLserver user, so don't know if there is a simple solution to replace the old MDB usage using the express product. Any suggestions?
