invalid value for key 'attachdbfilename'. exception

Hello Everybody
I have an issue here. The Application works on my development pc.  I create a clickonce install and run the installation, completes fine. But on launching the app i get a "invalid value for key 'attachdbfilename'. exception"
in prerequisites i checked "Create progra..." and checked 
.Net Framework 4 (Full)Report Viewer 2012 RuntimeMicrosoft® System CLR Types for SQL Server® 2012 (x86)SQL Server 2012 Express LocalDB Am using Visual Studio 2012, SQL 2012 App is set to target .net 4
