Urgent please: Registration form 'Continue' button error

Hello,
I am getting weird error message when I click on the 'Contiune' button on Registration form after succesfully creating a user.
The error message:
Validation of Anti-XSRF token failed
I searched forums and found following piece of code to eliminate the error, but still I am getting this issue.
