Have a weird situation going on: I have 3 list views inside 3 tab panels (one listview in each tab panel). I am databinding from code-behind. But, the problem is when the second list view has empty data, the third list view does not show up at all (even
though the third list view has data).
Below is the actual code simplified. The second listview tab is purposefully made empty, but the third tab has valid data that is binds to the third list view -- However, the 3rd listview contents does not show up. Interestingly, if we swap the second
and the third tabs, it behaves fine -- like, the first 2 tabs have valid contents, and the third tab is empty as expected.
What is the problem that is causing this issue?
