Write list to a SQL table

Hi All,
I have 2 lists when I would like to iterate through and write their contents to a SQL table.
The SQL table already exists, and the lists need to be written specifically to a location in the table. By this I mean,
The SQL table contains 8 columns, say A through H. List A need to be inserted just after C and List B needs to be inserted after H,
So the new SQL table will be 10 columns long and would look like this;
A B C ListA D E F G H ListB
Hope the above makes sence, How would I go about doing this?
