Can i upload files without using fileupload control or html input control?

hi,
       I have web site,
       I want fast way to upload a large file(upto 2gb) from one system's IIS to other system's IIS. even though i want without using fileupload controls or html input control
       I dont know this is possible or not? 
       If possible means please help me..
