I install SQL Server Express 2012 on Server 2008 R2. The SQL Server Configuration Manager is set up as below :

SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration >
Shared Memory > Order=1, Enabled
TCP/IP > Order=2, Enabled
Named Pipes > Order=3, Enabled
