dynamic table create

Hi,
I have to create a table dynamically , I am  passing a  string  like this :
coloum1$colsize1@coloum2$colsize2@coloum2$colsize2@coloum2$colsize2@coloum2$colsize2

I need to crete a  table on the  basis of this having coloums like col1,col2.... and size colsize1,colsize2..
Can you please suggest the approach how Can i do this in my sql server.
