I have created a DropDown list as below.
Issue-1:

I am able to display the DropDown list in create form and save the DropDown value ID in the database but I am NOT able to display the value in Index.cshtml. It is
showing ID (Example: 1) instead of Value (example: NSW)
Issue-2:
-------
I also want to show the DropDown list in Edit.cshtml form, modify and save the new value in the Database.
and aslo delete the records.
can you please help me to correct/write the code for my issues.
